We know one of the biggest challenges faced when developing a new website is cost. Often, this hurdle is enough to keep business owners from refreshing the outdated site they haven’t looked at for 10 years or even having a website at all. This is where the idea of a lease really shines.

When you lease a car, you typically pay 3-6 months down payment at the start and then a monthly fee over an agreed period, usually 24-36 months. When the term is over, you return the car and select a new model. The cost for maintenance, repair, and service are included in the lease payment.

When you lease your website, the process is exactly the same. Your down payment is due on the outset and the monthly payment is determined by the level of amenities your site provides. As part of the leasing agreement, we look after your website on your behalf – we look after the hosting and domain name, make updates and add pages as necessary, perform search engine optimization, manage your email boxes, update your social media channels, provide analytics, and more if necessary! When the term is over, you sign a new lease and get a whole new look, should you want it.

Let’s face it – a successful marketing or design project has many moving parts and we can manage them all for you. How much does it cost?

We have flat rates for ongoing common daily work such as updates and we also have customized monthly plans for ongoing and/or extensive marketing campaigns. We will give you a quote based on the initial scope of the project so you will have an understanding of the costs up front.

How long does it take?

This depends on the scope of the work! An in-depth project can take months while a simple project can take much less time. Your response time to information requests from us usually determine the amount of time it takes to complete a project. We’re happy to discuss the length of the project after we have a little more info!

Do I need to come to your office?

No! During the age of COVID we have all learned to collaborate online. It’s not necessary for you to be right in front of us in a physical sense as we can fully develop your project via phone and video chat.

Do you help us with email, domain name and hosting?

Absolutely! We will take care of the entire project. We will purchase your domain name, provide hosting and email.

Who comes up with the content for a website?

You are responsible for providing the content for all pages within the website. You know the nuances of your business better than anyone else so it makes sense for you to provide the content. We will gladly assist you in developing the ideas, but the bulk of that task will fall on you.
